Hello, I am deeply honored to be connected with you…
Below are some words to help you get a feel for who I am.
I believe that the most meaningful discovery a person can ever make is the knowing of the their own Being.
This knowing of Being, when perceived through the lens of the human perspective, is the experience “I AM”…
Everything uttered after the words “I am” is the content of who we are (I am happy, I am a mother, I feel this, I think that, etc). Divested of all content, Being stands revealed as pure consciousness or Awareness. Awareness has no form, no dimensions, no content, yet is the essential aspect of who we are. Because Awareness is fundamental to who we are, it is the foundation of all that is important to me, and the basis of my approach to helping people heal.
If you want to know WHO I am, well, brew the tea, get your comfy slippers on, and get ready for some full-bodied belly-laughs!
If you want to know WHAT I DO, I’ll say this; In the most basic way, I help people turn toward their experience with kindness, mindfulness, and intentionality in order to discover what requires your healing attention. My approach is Somatic, Experiential, and Honest. The real healing takes place in the magic of your own innate power to self-organize and heal…
I do have a lot of training and experience, which I will list a small portion of below. Please feel free to ask me anything about myself or my approach, and the best way to know if we’re a match is to jump in and have a session together.
I bow to your miraculous life, and sincerely look forward to meeting you!
